Anglia Fixing 900 range is a completely new aluminium Curtain Wall system, totally engineered in the UK, which has been fully tested in accordance with the procedures of BS5368: Parts 1, 2 & 3, and also the requirements set down by The Centre for Window and Cladding Technology. Anglia Fixing 900 advanced aluminium Curtain Wall system is available on a fast track delivery either from stock, or to order for specific profile lengths. It is compatible with all Anglia Fixing aluminium window, door and ground floor systems as well as its patent glazing range. Appearance The system is based on a 50mm wide, aluminium alloy, single extruded hollow box profile. Sections range from 60mm-175mm which is sufficient to satisfy almost all structural requirements. Anglia Fixing 900 double glazed system has profiles to suit a comprehensive range of applications. Single glazing is achieved using special adaptor sections. Construction Thermally broken and compartment drained, Anglia Fixing 900 Curtain Wall is designed for site erection to the highest industry standard. maximum width: 2,400mm. Maximum height to suit conditions. All extruded frame members are fabricated from aluminium alloy: BS6063, T6 to BS1474: 1987 and in accordance with guidelines BSCP118. Anglia Fixing 900 Aluminium Curtain Wall is sealed, internally and externally, with EPDM frame gaskets with factory injection moulded vulcanised corner joints in compliance with BS4255 and CWCT Guide to Good Practice 4.8.2. Anglia Fixing 900 Curtain Wall is simple to fabricate with ordinary tooling. Press tooling can be developed for the larger user. 
Performance Tested at Wintech Laboratories in accordance with the requirements of The Centre for Window and Cladding Technology, Anglia Fixing 900 Aluminium Curtain Wall has performed to 600 Pascals for Air Permeability and Water Penetration with no leakage to the internal face of the facade. When tested in accordance with the procedures laid down in BS5368: Parts 1, 2 & 3, the product achieved the following classification for weather resistance as defined in BS6375: 1989. Air Permeability, 600Pa. Watertightness, 600Pa. Wind Resistance, 2400Pa. Glazing Anglia Fixing 900 Curtain Wall is designed to accommodate various glazing options from 6 to 10mm for single glazing and up to 24mm for double glazing. Glazing must satisfy safety recommendations and withstand the calculated design wind pressure for different types of location. All glazing must comply with BS6262 and BS952: Part 1. Finishes All Anglia Fixing Aluminium Curtain Wall systems are available in mill finish for final finishing by others or may be supplied in a full range of polyester powder or anodised finishes.
